If you have outstanding customer service skills and the desire to work in a dynamic, fast pace environment where you can make a difference, please read on. . .
As a Curtiss Wright Repair Coordinator, you'll provide "front line" support for customer repair issues by handling all incoming and outgoing paperwork, monitoring the flow of parts and materials, and ensuring that all contract requirements are met before units are returned to the customer.
This is a role characterized by non-stop challenge and variety where no two days are ever the same -- giving you the chance to really expand your experience and skills, as you also enjoy a number of unique "perks" including:
The opportunity to make a real impact -- as the main point of contact for our customers, you'll be in a strong position to influence our relationships -- and future business -- with these companies. Furthermore, you'll be empowered to make recommendations for solutions that improve our systems and processes, increase customer satisfaction, and optimize our work environment.

Great environment -- within the global resources of Curtiss-Wright we operate as a small, entrepreneurial company. We are a tight-knit team focused on teamwork, innovation, and results rather than bureaucratic processes. And while we definitely work hard to meet our timelines and exceed customer expectations, we also try to have fun as a team in the process.
Career growth -- your success in this role will prepare you for advancement into Test and Repair Management, as well as other areas of our organization.
Excellent compensation -- along with a competitive hourly wage and eligibility for our annual company bonus incentive, we offer a stock purchase plan and a full benefits package that includes health care coverage, a 401(k) plan and pension plan, tuition reimbursment and more; all of which kick in on your first day of employment. All employees are bonus eligible (payable dependent upon overall company performance).
